Dr. Onmonya Lucky is a senior lecturer at Nile University of Nigeria. He has a Ph.D. Accounting & Finance degree from University of Jos, M.Sc Development Studies from Benue State University, M. Sc Finance, University of Calabar, Master in Business Administration, Bayero University, Postgraduate Diploma in Development Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University (UNIFEC) Ile-Ife, specialising in Development Finance and Project Monitoring and Evaluation Management. He also has Certificate in Computer Operation, University of Port-Harcourt and B. Sc. (Hons) Accounting, Bayero University, Kano. He is also a Fellow member of Institute of Development Finance and Project Management (FDFPM); Institute of Development Administration of Nigeria (FDA); and member of Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM), Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (CNA); Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

He is a professional accountant with 25 years progressive experience.
